Cancellation Policy

Summer Camp Cancellation Policy

There are no refunds or credits after June 1st.   Camp weeks can be switched up to two weeks prior to the week of camp and moved to a different week if space allows.  

Workshops & Events

Payment is due at the time of enrollment. All other cancellations are non-refundable. Spots may be transferred to another sibling or child in cases of illness or emergency. Due to the inherent process of art classes there are no “make up classes”. The final week of a class session is used to wrap up any unfinished projects. Because of the limited capacity and high demand of Pink Art Pixie Classes, we do not offer makeups or refunds for missed classes, even if you know you will miss ahead of time. If you have an extenuating circumstance, we will handle each cancellation on a case by case basis.

Class Cancellation Policy

ALL CLASSES, WORKSHOPS, or OTHER ACTIVITIES ASSOCIATED WITH THE PINK ART PIXIE ARE NON-REFUNDABLE  WITHIN 48 HOURS OF SCHEDULED EVENT.
